Taken along one of few stretches of sand beach at the Dameron Marsh Nature Area Preserve in Northumberland County. The beaches here and at Hughlett's Point are closed during parts of the summer for the nesting of the Northeastern Tiger Beetle. Both Preserves are closed on Mondays for managed waterfowl hunting.
